    i7-10th gen (locked version/not "k") : safe temperatures

I recently upgraded to a core intel 10700, and replaced the stock cooler with a corsair H60 liquid cooler (single 120 mm fan edition). Before the replacement on the stock cooler I was getting temps: idle- 30-35 c / gaming- 68-82 c โ€” Now on the H60 I am getting temps: idle 25-30 c / gaming 65-75 c

Are these safe temps to be operating at. When gaming ive been playing cod modern warfare/warzone fyi. Do I need to buy a higher end cpu cooler again.

    Setup:
    CPU- intel 10700 (8 core-16 thread)
motherboard- asrock z490 phantom gaming 4
    GPU- GEFORCE GTX 1660 6gb
    ram- 16 gb ddr4
    storage- 1x 1tb hdd , 1x m.2 drive 250 gb
CPU cooler- corsair H60 single 120 mm fan

what is the make and model of the power supply?
Some power supply state that they are x watts and really only put out below watts which may burn out your PSU tiring to keep up whit the power consumption.

Where are you getting the temps form some do not report properly?

From what you are showing the temps are showing 5 degrees (basically) lower with the new cooler. Monitor it over time to see if things change.
Right now have to say to me it looks ok.
