Pc freeze issue

    Pc freeze issue

    Hi, I have recently built my first PC and from time to time it crashes . Not frequently but usually sometimes when i play games or sometime when i’m doing nothing. it also shuts down sometimes. I also tried reseting my windows .
    What happens:
    • No Blue Screen or any other error message
    • Monitor loses connection, Sound gone
    • PC, Fans and Leds are still running
    • No response at all from the System
    • have to shut him down and restart
      here are my pc specs:
      processor- Ryzen 5 3600
      ram - 8gb 3000mhz
      gpu-gtx 1660
      psu-corsair 550watt
      hdd- 1tb
      ssd-240gb
      motherboard-B450wifi
      plz help !

    Please provide us with your complete psu spec’s,model name and model number as well..

      Here are the psu specs - Corsair VS550 VS series 80plus
      Model no- CP-9020171-UK

            let’s get your complete specs.
            get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
            in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
            now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.
