Cooling fan clicking or making noise

My PC fan has been making a noise (or possibly clicking) for a few weeks now I have tried to clean the minimal dust that was already there, but to no success. What should I do?

The best thing you can do is replace that fan..

HI I’ve noticed my fan only clicks when it is spinning slower. I don’t know if there is any link there.

Like @vger has stated the only thing to do is replace that fan. It is starting to go out and depending which one it is could cause system failure.
