there are many versions of the X99, which is yours?

    let’s get your complete specs.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

the azrock support page should have your motherboard manual available for download.
and in that, hopefully they list the potential error codes and descriptions.

where on the mobo is the red light?
        can you attach a pic?

Check the Azrock manual but I think this board has dual bios and the led indicates a change in the bios chip in use?

I will send some pics, when I get back from work.

The red light only appears when I launch a game and the pc reboots then it stays on for 10 seconds.
BTW the graphics card is really hot when this happens.

Last night I launch Apex Legends to see what happens and the pc was doing well, till loading the main menu.

Then I got on counter strike and the pc didn’t turn off.

The red light it’s in the bottom right close to the “Asrock”, under the graphic card.

Speaking of graphics cards, have you changed it recently or the drivers?

Interesting, Speccy quotes a different graphics card to what you quoted?

Some boards had a red led near the graphics card that indicated the card overheating maybe due to the power supply or its power connection.

What power supply (make and model) do you have?

That was the reason for my comment

And that item you have circled is a screw hole for mounting the motherboard, and BTW is nowhere near your graphics card.

Your graphics card should be in the slot between the M.2 and the memory slots

that may be the titbit of info that proves useful.
only happens when playing games and graphics card really hot - I think we have a winner for most likely culprit!

So what you mean is I should update my config? Change my graphic card?
Don’t get what you trying to tell me.

The games I’m trying to play don’t need or ask for powerful specs.

my guess is the PC is having a thermal event caused by the video card.
remove it, clean it, reseat it.
make sure the case is getting good airflow through it.
clean all the fans that you can.
even run the rig with the side case off for a while.
