Blackscreen but I still hear in game sound

I often get a blackscreen forcing me to restart my PC. This blackscreen occurs most of the time in GTA 5 when i am in my bunker, money factory or in a heist. In my windows reliabilty history I get these codes: LiveKernelEvent 187 and 141 but sometimes I dont get any error. This blackscreen doesnt occur when Im playing the newest games on high settings, I rarely get this problem in other games, but not as much like in GTA. I already tried reinstalling Windows 10 and all gpu drivers, cleaning out the dust from my pc, Gamedata Integrity verification, Windows 10 corrupt data verification in CMD and downclocking my gpu. For some reason, after that I didnt get the blackscreen for 2 days, then I changed my graphic settings in GTA and after that I now get the blackscreen every ~30 minutes, even after reverting the settings. My PC isnt overheating, both my CPU and GPU always stay under 70C.
    My PC specs are:
    Intel i5 9600k
    Asus Prime H310M-K R2.0
    GTX 1070 ti 8gb

You need a better PSU, the present power supply is labelled as 650W when in reality it can only produce 456W and even that is debatable.

You need to get yourself a good quality brand 500W or above Gold efficiency rated PSU asap, the present power supply needs to be tossed in the trash before it seriously damages your GPU, if it hasn’t already that is.

You can confirm the true output of the present PSU using the specs provided by Mars here

To work the wattage out, multiply 12V by the 38 amps on the +12V rail, 12V xs 38 amps = 456W.
