Help in mobo

My current motherboard I can’t remove it due to trying too much and the head it’s wreckt. I’m trying to find a motherboard but I’m not familiar with this since I bought my PC prebuild. I have Intel i7-6700k DDR4 2800 and 3000. If anyone can help me find a good average price mobo thanks

that processor requires a Socket 1151 motherboard, so anything with that will suit you.
then it all comes down to budget and intended use: simple office work, home/school work, video editing, gaming, etc.

what do you mean, you “can’t remove the motherboard” and “the head is wrecked”?
and do you have two types of memory: DDR4 2800MHz and DDR4 3000MHz?
