PC shows no signs of life

Hi all, a week or so back in the middle of playing a game my PC shutoff completely. After trying a few things I decided it was the motherboard. I was in need of an upgrade anyways so I got a new MB (MSI b450 tomahawk max) to pair with my new CPU (ryzen 3600). I assembled everything and nothing worked. When I power it on there are no lights or beeps, literally nothing happens. My power supply works fine and I got new ram recently so I’m left thinking it’s my GPU. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

What makes you say your power supply works fine?

Used a multimeter to make sure it was giving off adequate power

No need to quote previous posts

If there are no lights, and no beeps (assuming there is a motherboard speaker) and no fans have you tried to start the power supply manually by shorting the green and black wires that go to the motherboard front panel connector.

BTW a multimeter cannot test a power supply accurately.

            Hi,

What is the make and model of the power supply?
