Network drivers and Malwarebytes are the two culprits, aware that you have uninstalled MBAM recently but when you have had multiple AVs installed this is what can happen, orphaned files get left behind and not only cause problems but can also be difficult to find.
Try updating your Dell Network drivers first.

I can see that there is an issue under devices that hasn’t been there in previous MTB logs
That will be because you installed an Nvidea download yesterday.
My PC just froze. The screen was frozen, I could see the RGB lights on my GPU, but I couldn’t do anything with the mouse or keyboard. I had to manually shut down my PC and start it back up again.
Also I don’t really know how to update my Dell Drivers, “Dell SupportAssist” doesnt seem to work, and now whenever I wake my PC from sleep mode the audio doesn’t work, i have to restart the pc to get sound again.

Problem: : A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality (Code 32)
Resolution: The start type for this driver is set to disabled in the registry.
Uninstall the driver from Device Manager, and then scan for new hardware to install the driver again. If this does not work, you might have to change the device start type parameter in the registry.

No signs of the computer having shutdown unexpectedly but you have problems with the followingl
Dell`s own software.
McAfee Firewall
Malwarebytes,
Nord Vpn
Windows itself.
The content of your SSD is such a mess that I can only see two suggestions, try installing the 2004 update version of Windows 10 and if that does not help clean installing Windows 10 and the Dell MB drivers the latter of which must be installed in a set order or you will get issues.
Windows Update says that “The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. We’re offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn’t quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you’ll see the update available on this page. There’s nothing you need to do at this time”
Okay, I made a system restore point, and updated from the link. Windows Update no longer has that notice about the May 2020 update. I will attempt to uninstall, and then reinstall the drivers in the correct order
My pc hasn’t restarted since monday, so right now I am waiting to see if it happens again. This is probably the longest it’s gone without restarting in quite a while, but I feel like as soon as I post this comment, that it will restart itself.
So it’s been good for a few days, no issues, even with a dozen youtube videos all running at the same time (sometimes opening a new tab in youtube would preceed the restart by just a minute or so.)
