Only way to find out is to do the steps above to see if you can pin it down yourself, other than that you are looking at having to take it to a local tech I`m afraid.

Sorry all, been busy the last few days given everything that’s going on at the moment. However I did manage to perform a closer examination and the noise does appear to be coming from the cooler radiator, I’m not sure if it’s the radiator itself or the area on the radiation that is connected to the pipes that run along to the pump.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that whenever I’m loading up a game there’s a screeching noise coming from the same area, it subsided after a few minutes but it occurs whenever the title screen for a game is loading up. Thankfully the PC is still working completely fine and the CPU is operating at a good temp.Comment

Sounds like the pump kicking off when the computer gets put under the initial load, I wouldn`t mess about with this just get the people who sold you the computer to sort it out, you are risking your warranty atm and really need to be careful not to give the merchant any grounds for saying that you have damaged something so that they can decline any RMA.Comment

The sound seems to be coming from the radiator and not the pump itself and only squeaks for a few minutes during a title screens. However I do take your point and am going to get in contact with the company to arrange a replacement or a fix.
The most irritating aspect of this is that I chose my current cooler over another because I read about how the other one has a slightly worse reputation when it comes to reliability.Comment

Wise move, you could put up with it but then something go drastically wrong in the future when the warranty has expired and that would be a disaster for you.
Good luck.Comment

Indeed. I know that it isn’t a major problem or an immediate danger as the PC is functioning completely fine and running slat a good temperature. I am aware that it could be a problem a few years down the line though and that’s why I’m going to have it sent back for repairs.Comment

If something is making noises now you can put money on it not even lasting a year never mind a few years, things always tend to break just as any warranty has expired as well
Let us know what they say and whatever you do don[ICODE]t let them fob you off and unless asked don[/ICODE]t tell them that you have opened the case up, not in any way suggesting that you be dishonest just don`t give them any grounds to say that you have broke something.
Just a fyi, you are allowed to open up the case for cleaning or upgrading purposes such as adding more RAM but not for doing any troubleshooting for issues such as this which should have been reported to them as soon as it became apparent that there was an issue.Comment
