Gpu fan spins verry fast and no display or enything
When i open my PC the CPU fan is spining verry fast and loud and the PC isnt displaying anything
I do not know what is the source of the problem and i tried almost every method to fix it from a several forums and YouTube videos.

According to specs you gave elsewhere you have two different graphics cards fitted
Motherboard-gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Cpu- AMD fx 4300 3.8 ghz with a cooler master tower type cooler
Gpu- AMD Radeon HD 7800 1 gb
8 GB RAM from SKhynix 2x4 dual chanel
Njoy titan series 500W
The motherboard has another pci and i have also a Little clasic gpu from msi, an Radeon R5450 i think, but the PC isn’t seeing it so i just keep it in for no reason
And a 500gb hard disk
And sorry but i don’t know where to find the make of the psu
The model is up there , njoy titan series 500W.
Firstly check the monitor works on another PC, and if it does
REMOVE one of the graphics cards and reboot. See if there is a display.
If still no video output try another PSU
