Help needed choosing a GPU

Hi! I am building my new rig soon and i was wondering what gpu to get, prices are high where I live and my budget only allows me to get something like an rx 590 max.

However there is no Sapphire here and i heard that the XFX Fatboy is loud and has overheating problems so should i get an XFX RX 590 or the triple fan ROG STRIX RX 580 for the same money? Also could the triple fan card fit in the mid-tower case and with a midrange MoBo like an Asrock b450m pro4? Thank you!
