PC crashes when playing some games HELP PLEASE

my PC randomly crashes when playing some games such as CSGO and SIMS 4, sometimes after a short time sometimes longer, it is completely random. I am almost certain that nothing is overheating i have checked the temps of CPU and GPU and all fans are working. I have overclocked but since the problem i have reset to factory clock. I have tried re-seating the GPU and RAM, updating drivers, checking RAM and GPU health, dusting inside PC all with no success. Is the problem with my PSU or maybe since the problem is only in some games the GPU or RAM is faulty as some games may utilize certain parts of their memory that other games don’t? PLEASE HELP

    specs:

    AMD Ryzen 5 2600
    ballistix sport lt 16gb (2 x 8gb) DDR4
    AMD rx580 8gb
    Asus prime b 450m-a
    EVGA 600w bronze
    1 tb hard drive
    128 gb SSD

    built 1 year ago.

    thanks in advance.

    Hi,

When the computer crashes, do you need to perform a complete restart? Have you tried setting the power profile to high performance?

Are you using Windows 10 version 1909?

when it shuts down i have to turn off the psu until the motherboard lights go off then turn the psu back on, then press the on button on the front off the case. I am on windows 10 1909. ill give the power performance thing a try.
      hopefully that fixes it, thanks.

Do you have another power supply that is of equal wattage that you can swap into the system and try it to see if that solves the crashing issue?
