    My pc keeps crashing

Okay so I just build my new PC and there is a 2080 Ti in it and for some reason when I try to play games that require a little more it randomly crashes. I’ve tested it with the heaven benchmark. And it crashed 12 out of 12 times then I got a new graphics card the same one just a new one and then I did the same thing and now I saw that the fans are not even turning around the graphics card is working but the fans are not turning??? I’ll try to replace the power which is a 750 and the crash still happens I’ve tried to replace the CPU and I’ll try to replace the cooler and I’m kind of confused what to do now the PC still crashes when I run a benchmark??? Is someone little bit more clever than me it’s what is this?? I’ve already really tried to reinstall windows and that didn’t make a difference. - Other thing is when I try to put a 1650 graphics card in The benchmark worked for two hours without anything and I just got a new graphics card from the place I bought it from??! Does anyone have any ideas what to do now like I said the fans on the 2080 Ti doesn’t turn around?? Could it have something to do with the power supply not being big enough or what please tell me your suggestions!

Do not post more than one of the same post in any section. Your duplicate post has been removed.

It is only during games that this happens. Online or not online?

Did you install the chipset first then the rest of the drivers?

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Speecy does not include the power supply information post the make and model

Did you add the proper amount of thermal paste?

You do have power running to the display card?
The power is connected properly and snug?
The card is snug in the port?
The 2080 TI card could be bad.

            How old is the system?
How old is the power supply?

If there are other users on the system do this happen using them as well? If there are no other users create one and test it.

Where did the windows install media come from?

Excuse me butting in, the fans on that graphic card will NOT spin until a preset temperature is reached. Fans not spinning under light load is normal.

Run it with the card in.

Put the system under a load and see if the fans spin.

                    @gus thanks
