What happens if you click on the Advanced options tab?

It goes to the advanced options page. I’ve tried a lot of them like system restore and reset but didn’t work

What about Start up Repair or Start up Settings the latter of which would hopefully allow you to try Safe Mode.

                But no Startup Repair?

If not able to do Startup Repair, while in Safe Mode is the screen the same or is it ok.

That suggests a hardware problem so you perhaps have more than one issue going on I`m afraid

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help any and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.

Check for any updates that may have been installed just before this issue started.

Back up any important data in case the storage device is failing.

When you next reply, let us know if you are able to boot into Safe Mode with Networking.

Going offline soon as I have a real early start but will check back after work tomorrow.

Have you backed up any important data that you need from the HDD.

I would also suggest that you back up the drivers to a small capacity USB flash drive if you have one.

Do you have a 16GB USB thumbdrive and access to a computer that has internet access.
