Upgrading my Old PC-Not working-Please help.

I just upgraded must of my PC components:
mobo: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
GPU: XFX Radeon RX580 Black Edition 8GB
    PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G5
    RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
I fresh installed Win10 but every time the GPU driver kicked in it stopped working. I had to make win10 not automatically update drivers so I could upgrade win10 and activate it from my account.

Finally, I did install GPU and mobo drivers and it boots for at least 3 to 4 minutes but then the video signal just stops and the keyboard lights also stop and nothing can be done except a reset.
    Please help me.

Link to PSU tester results. (Is it bad?) (The -5V led light is not turning on in the tester and it is a new unit)

Yes I did. First 2 times I tried installed the GPU driver first but 3rd, 4th… installed the chip deivers first but the same happened after insralling the GPU drivers.

        Hi,

Did you install the latest video drivers from AMD’s website? Does the computer boot up properly in Safe Mode?
