It would be helpful if when a suggestion is made and you try it that you actually tell us the outcome, troubleshooting can be difficult at the best of times but having to repeat ourselves is not helpful.

Update: i was able to install windows after i have formatted the ssd in the old pc but when i mounted the hdd the same error got back. I formatted it again and half the way installing windows i got the no signal message again without the hdd in.
Ok, so i formatted it again.
I installed windows again without internet so windows wont install my drivers.
I installed the drivers for the motherboard and gpu.
The pc was running just fine, plugged in my headset and internet. Shut it down and powered it on a few times for test, it worked fine. Last time i did it i got the no signal message again
Fixed it!
The issue was pretty stupid, the coincidence of my hdmi cable dying right after installing the hard disk. Firstly i tought i couldnt be the cable because i was getting video signal in the bios, but i said its worth the try, and it was. Plugged my old hdmi cable in the tv and its not working so, that was the issue. Thanks for your time and help!
Tip for everyone, dont treat cable issues as i did, even if you are sure that cables are not faulty, try swapping them to be 100% sure.
The issue was not stupid at all and you did well to find it (y) you can have two different types of signal going on there, analogue in the BIOS and HDMI once POST has completed, it was mentioned in my reply #2 as being odd that the issue had happened as was it being suggested that you make sure that the video cable etc were all securely connected. for some reason you would not believe me when I suggested that it was GPU related as i did again in my reply #4.

The “No Signal” message is telling you that something is interfering with the signal from the GPU to the screen so the issue is somehow GPU related (this includes drivers, bad MB settings and power) the fact that you get a BIOS screen means that things are fine up to the point that the BIOS checks the GPU as part of the power on self test (POST) a simple way of you confirming this for yourself would be to restart the computer to access the BIOS and then leave the computer sitting in the BIOS to see if you suddenly get the “No Signal” message, if you don`t lose the display when sitting in the BIOS it makes the issues less likely to be hardware related and more likely to be a software issue, nothing can be ruled out though and even a keyboard error can stop you from getting into Windows.
We are glad to hear that you got it resolved and thank you for letting us know but for future reference, you are likely to get things sorted a lot quicker if you work with and not against those that are trying to help you
