Randomly freezes in game(new build)

Hello,
This Tuesday i built my first ever gaming pc. It seems to work okay until i turn on the game, It sometimes randomly freezes from 1-3 sec which is really annoying. Also when you try to use uncapped version of FPS which is above 240FPS the character is flashing, view is not fluent which is strange.
i have installed:
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 gaming edge wifi
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 black edition
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 16GB(2x8) DDR4 3600 AMD optimised
GPU: PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Red Devil 8GB GDDR6 RDNA PCIe 4.0
PSU: Corsair TXM series 750W semi-modular 80 PLUS Gold
Monitor: Alienware AW2720HF (1ms, 240hz,1080p, IPS)

Installed windows 10 PRO, downloaded all required drivers for motherboard using DRAGON centre, updated BIOS to 1.60 version. Downloaded all required drivers for GPU using AMD Radeon software. I installed recommended not optional drivers. Updates all windows updates check couple times to be sure.

When playing League of legends GPU temperature is 50-55deg which is really low. Tried to reinstalled the GPU but it didn’t change anything. I got no clue what else it can be.

Also i Im using Display port cable from monitor to GPU. I actually dont know which is best using full AMD build. Maybe i should use HDMI or just usb?

Welcome to PCHF ArcaneSpirit,

First thing that I suggest you do is to stop using uncapped FPS as it is putting extra load on the hardware, drawing more power and increasing the temps.

Are all the games that you play online.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Not much going on there but we can see high memory usage for a computer that is not under any load + you have a third party AV installed when you do not need it.

For the memory usage, open Task Manager, click on the Memory tab, leave it a moment to settle down then make a note of what is shown to be using so much memory. for the third party AV see canned info below;

Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

Having more than one AV installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.

If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

You can uninstall Webroot in the Control Panel but should you have any problems see Webroot uninstall info here Please create a new system restore point first.

NB: I will just add, whenever I see Discord or Razer software I always see problems

You are welcome btw

Yeah. its pretty much all the time is on 48% however when im in game it does not increase a lot just up to 55% of memory.

I uninstalled the Webroot. However i still have those short freezes while playing game. Gonna try do download different game to check is it gonna happen there as well.

What was shown to be using the most memory in Task Manager.

Have you tried a game that is not reliant on an internet connection.

Processes that are shown to be hogging the memory and in one instance using a lot of power.

Google, you appear to have fourteen tabs open at once, if correct, why on earth so many open tabs, it is not possible to keep track of what each one is and where it is.

LoL, I`m not a gamer but I dislike this game with a vengeance as it causes folk so much trouble. (Are my eyes deceiving me or do you have this game installed more than once)

Blitz, this is using up CPU resources and RAM and this is resulting in a high power draw.

What I suggest below;

Close all Google tabs.

Uninstall all traces of LoL.

Get rid anything related to Blitz.

Open Task Manager, click on the Memory tab, leave it a moment to settle down - grab a screenshot and attach it to your next reply for us, if it looks ok we can then move on to testing the GPU performance itself.

Hello, so i deleted everything what you said. Attaching example of task manager. Also, i assume the 11 number says tabs number but that incorrect i have 5 open atm.

Please do as was asked and close all Google tabs then follow the Task Manager steps again but this time be sure to have the Task Manager expanded to full screen before taking the screenshot, we don[ICODE]t get all of the info if you don[/ICODE]t.
