PC Will Not Display Anything

Hello,
My pc starts but is getting no input from monitor. I made sure all components are working and nothing is happening. And earlier, it would boot, but then kept restarting by itself. And when it did display, it would stop at the intel boot screen and freeze there. I had to press F2 to continue and got to windows. Once in windows, it froze the computer after one minute. But right now, it starts but no screen. What is happening with my pc?

Can you remove the display card and use the onboard display
If there is a display card is the monitor connected directly to it
What changes were made to the system prior to this happening

You can not access windows in any way correct
