    Hardware performing below expectations

My iMac Retina 5k that I purchased around 2 years ago has been performing not so great for the price that I paid (around $2000, I know, what a rip off). I run Bootcamp for Windows 10 on it. I know that macs aren’t meant for gaming in any fashion, but should at least be able to give me average performance on low-demanding games. I was curious, so I
went to userbenchmark.com and my results were overall pretty poor (see image below), but something in particular that caught my attention was how badly my CPU was performing. If anyone has any tips on why this is and/or how to improve it, that’d be great. I would also appreciate methods at maximizing the performance on my GPU, etc. Being the amateur at this kind of thing that I am, being detailed would also help.

        yeah, Macs aren’t my thing.
never understood why people are willing to pay so much for them.
don’t get me wrong, they’re fine but no better or worse than windows - just different.
but different enough that, for me, that’s a negative.
