What does a flashing white light mean on MSI mobo B450m ?

I recently just built my pc. Upon boot up there’s a flashing white light near the CPU and ram text, All the fans work for the gpu, the case, and the cpu cooler. There’s also no other lights inside the case and I’m not entirely sure if that normal either. If anyone could help you’d relieve a ton of stress that comes with being a newbie pc builder thanks
The mother board is the MSI B450m pro m2 - v2
