I have an ASUS Prime Z390-A motherboard that and whenever I turn my computer on it boots to the bios menu. The menu does not show any boot devices even though I have a hard drive plugged into the motherboard. I made sure it wasn’t the cable that I was using and I made sure to plug it in all the way. What could be the problem?

Is this a new hard drive just installed
Have you tried resetting the BIOS back to defaults
On the motherboard what lights a lit and color
Do you hear any beeping
16 gb ram
Radeon 5700 xt graphics card
1tb hard drive
750 W power source
The hard drive was a part of my already existing pc and I just transferred it over to the new components which is everything but the hard drive. The hard drive already had windows 10 installed and it connected just fine to my previous motherboard. I have tried resetting the BIOS to default and there is no beeping coming from the motherboard. Im not sure about lights since I’m not currently able to check that since I’m not at home. I’ll post that info as soon as I can
EDIT: The only lights on the motherboard are the power led light (green) and the boot light ( either green or yellow hard to tell)Comment

Is there a speaker on the motherboard and or you may have to purchase one.
