GPU not working

Hello I have the Radeon rx460 2gb over lock edition GPU when I put it in my pc and turn the pc on all the fans spin but noting else happens the screen is black and when I put the hdmi in the onboard graphics with this GPU installed its still a black screen. The pc turns of with one short press of the button which I would normally have to press and hold. The pcie port on my motherboard is not broken because I have an old GPU installed and that works as it should. The motherboard is a Dell Vostro 460 and the CPU is a i5 2500. I have taken the card out and disabled the onboard graphics and put it back in and it still doesn’t work. Can you help in anyway? Thank you

That would be normal, you will have to physically remove the dedicated graphics card before the onboard graphics will work.

When you fit the dedicated graphics card it will Automatically disable the onboard graphics
