2x2 wifi card?

So I was just watching a Linus Tech Tips video and he mentions a 2x2 wifi card, I did a little bit of research and it apprears that this type of card might speed up your wifi connection. I have a HP ProBook 450 G3, and was wondering if anyone knows if my laptop will support it. I’d contact HP and ask but I’m sue they would take forever to get back to me Like they usually do. I’m not 100% sure what type I have now but I should be able to find out. Okay I attached a picture with the wifi card info that i currently have.

I opened the bottom up and checked I have an Intel 8260 ngw card, I looked it up on Amazon and I think it’s actually a 2x2 card. I’m not 100% sure on that though.

Looks like a dual band to me.
