Build was working fine, added Wifi Card and now nothing

Hello, recently made an attempt a building a PC.

Everything booted fine and was working properly until today. I purchased a PCI wifi card in hopes I could move it to my room and away from the noise of the rest of my house. I powered down and unplugged the power supply, inserted the card to PCIEX1_3 since my GPU covers the first 2. After replacing the cover to the case and powering back on, all LEDs on the mobo came back on and when I pressed the power button all of the case fans and LEDs turned on. However now my monitor receives signal for about 1 second then goes back into sleep mode. The LEDs on my keyboard and mouse turn on but about every 5-10 seconds turn off before coming back on. I tried removing the wifi card but now the same issue is happening. I checked to make sure all the connections are still secure and nothing moved while trying to install the card. The wifi card is a TP-Link TL-WN881ND.

    Motherboard- Asus Prime x470-Pro
    CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 1800x
    GPU- Nvidia GTX 1070
    Power Supply- EVGA 650w

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    Hello

When building your pc,are you sure that you installed the stand off’s correctly? Is the mobo touching the case.. This sounds like when you installed the wifi card the mobo may have grounded out..
