Problems with crashes and freezes

So i just build my first pc and im having a problem. The problem is that whenever i try to open a game up it crashes. I have a Rx 580 with a ryzen 5 2600 8gb of ram. It also freezes my screen and doesn’t let me do anything so i have to turn off the pc.
