Where do I plug these cables

I just bought a new case and I did not come with a manual and there isn’t one online.

The case is called the Kopplen z3

I tried powering it on and it won’t turn on so I tried powering it on with my old case and it powered on.

I figured these cables that aren’t attached might be the reason but I don’t know where they go.

Could be fan or lighting controller?

pan out and take a wider shot showing where they go to.
just to state the obvious, the power button on the case needs to be plugged into the corresponding front panel header pins.
show us a picture of the front panel header and we’ll see what can be identified.
