Bluetooth not working / making 'Device disconnected' noise consistently when enabled
Okay so the issue is that my bluetooth no longer works and whenever I have the driver enabled, the ‘device disconnected’ (or whatever you call it) sound plays every 1-2 seconds. I’ve updated windows and tried reinstalling the driver but nothing seems to help. The noise stops when I disable the driver but I would prefer using it still. Any tips on what to do?
here’s a little video of the issue. hopefully it helps a little bit.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

There is no onboard Bluetooth device on that MB and no Bluetooth devices listed in Speccy, what Bluetooth device/s are meant to be there.
The Windows Bluetooth services are both disabled which is the default setting.

Question, the installation date for Windows 10 info below 3/28/2019, can I ask how you come to be so low on free storage space on the C: drive, the reason I ask is explained below.
For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.
Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive.
Uninstall as many unused programs, games, videos and music files as you can and get yourself another means of backing up to, post back when you have between 20 and 25% free storage on the C: drive/partition.
I came to low on storage because I prefer to keep programs/games on the ssd for faster boot times. I have uninstalled a few things and now have 39% free space on the ssd. ( http://speccy.piriform.com/results/S...MzwVittupdated link if you want to check for yourself)
Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help any and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.
As previously explained, there is no onboard Bluetooth device on that MB and there are no Bluetooth devices listed in Speccy which means that there are no Bluetooth devices present, this the reason why it was asked what Bluetooth device/s are meant to be there.
I assume by bluetooth devices you mean the device I am trying to connect to my pc? If that is the case, I am trying to connect a Samsung R1 speaker to the pc.
(sorry if this isn’t what you’re asking but that’s all I understood from what you asked)
