i need help with a hp desktop

i hear a popping noise inside my all in one desktop please help

1. System is shorting out
2. Fan blase are hitting something
3. Hard Drive failure

I dont really know because when im playing csgo i dont hear the popping noise but say im watching youtube i can hear it

What about when you listen to music?
Just on youtube?
Specific videos and or all?
DVD Videos?
How long has this been happening?
Speakers and or headset and or both?

Provide more information about this issue and things that you have attempted did it make it worse and or better and or the same.
