    Please HELP

First of all i would like to say sorry for my bad English.

Well. I recently bought mobo ga 970a ds3p and cpu fx 6350 for an upgrage!
When im plugging on the cpu and run the pc the fun and leds turning on but no display, no mouse or keyboard leds. But if i plugging on my old cpu (phenom 2 x4) everything working properly and bios logo cames up..
The fx one is on the supported list on this mobo and no bios update needed..

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

With the fx6350 being rather old, would assume you got it second hand. Best way of checking it is to try it in another compatible motherboard. Also would inspect the cpu pins under a magnifying glass.

No. The fx is brand new. I bought it 6 months ago in closed box. Was a cheep way for a small upgrade. I had phenom II before. Pins are ok. Also my mobo version i FD (latest). Pc working perfectly with the old cpu.

Try the fx6350 cpu in a known good compatible motherboard.

Did you remember to remove the plastic from the CPU and to remove the old thermal paste from the heat-sink and replace with new and use proper amount?

Was there any resistance when inserting the CPU?

You may have also received a bad CPU it happens with any hardware.

Yes i install the cpu properly like i did with my old cpu. I switch the cpu’s many times. Only the old one makes the pc work fine..

The you may want to look into returning that CPU for a replacement one.

From the sounds of it that one is a dud.

You could also contact Gigabyte and see if they may know another work around from the sounds it is the CPU.

Others may have suggestion as well.
