So I have this weird noise coming from one of the internal parts from my pc. It sounds like a beep or click followed by what sounds like some gears moving. Only happens when I am playing a game and it is so annoying. PC not even 4 months old and I am concerned it is failing.

Since the PC is that new contact the manufacture of the computer and have them assist you in diagnosing the issue. Reason for this is the computer will still be under warranty and what we would have you do will void the warranty.

From what you have described sounds like the hard drive is failing since the system is only four months old best to call then manufacture of the computer and file a warranty claim.
