PC Not turning on at all

I recently switched my cpu however when doing so, I stupidly forgot to plug in my cpu fan. My PC turned on for about 5 seconds then turned off. It hasnt turned on since. Nothing turns on as in NOTHING. My status lights for my GPU are on still.

How much thermal goop did you use?
Did you remove the plastic film cover form the CPU?
    Place the CPU in correctly?
Any bent pins and or missing on the CPU?

Go through and make sure that everything is seated properly.

Re seat everything and make sure the the motherboard is not touching the bottom plate and there is noting between the risers and the motherboard.

You can also assemble the system out side of the case and see if the same thing happens.

Power switch on the case may have crapped out.

When you attempt to power on does any thing happen sound or other wise?

Any lights on the motherboard is so which one light up and color?

Does the power light come on and what color and does it flash?

Make and model of the Motherboard and CPU?

You did make sure they were combatable?
