Cpu overheating

Hi im not sure is something wrong with my cpu, when im gaming my pc is loud and i think its overheating.
My specs:
Amd a8-6500b apu with radeon HD graphics 4cpu 3.5GHz
Amd radeon r7-360
16 gb ram
While im gaming HWMonitor show 90-100+ C temperature. When im on internet browser, watching videos and streams cpu temp is 55-65 C.
I tried Amd overdrive to see temp and when im on internet temp is 55-65C but when gaming its showing low temp on all cores 12-20C.
In Bios temp of cpu is 43C fans are on standard also power options is on balanced.
I cleaned all dust in case also all fans are working (cpu-gpu).
Few months ago i overclocked my gpu with msi afterburner and my pc started getting louder then usual (didnt check temp then). Because it was loud (didnt like it) and i didnt really get any better performance out of gpu so i undo overclocking (not sure if did properly).
Not really sure what to do.
Pc is 2 years old.

try doing this;
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

nothing seems amiss from the Speccy report.
does it only get loud (therefore hot) while playing a game?
you mention you checked the CPU and GPU fans, what about the chassis fan, is there one?

I have only 3 fans, 2 on gpu and 1 on cpu.

Looking at the info in your Speccy url it does look like the computer concerned is an all in one, as said above this type of computer are not good for overclocking or even for demanding gaming, reason being is that they only have the equivalent of a notebook AC adaptor to power them + the cooling system is only the bare minimum the same as a notebook, overclocking and gaming basically needs power that is not available and both generate heat that there is no exhaust fan in place to get rid of, the heat just gets circulated around inside the motherboard housing which heats things up even further.

The computer should have an information sticker on it somewhere, example, the HP ENVY 27-b206na 4K UHD Touchscreen All-in-One here will most likely have an information sticker on the base of the computer, if your computer is an all in one be sure to get someone to help you with checking for any such label, we dont want any mishaps.

A Google search for Gigatron Game Armor shows it to be a desktop type computer so really not sure why it does not have at least one chassis fan at the rear of the case to expel the hot air from inside of the case, another concern is the PSU description Power supply 500W, if they haven’t fitted an exhaust fan you can guarantee that the PSU is a real cheap and nasty one.

The Amd radeon r7-360 is only an entry level card and not one that you should try and OC, the same card though is rather power hungry and requires a good quality 500W PSU that can produce at least 30 amps on the +12V rail.

Can you open the case again and get the PSU brand and model name or number for us.

Sorry but that info tells us nothing, please see attachment below which shows the information required.

As it stands at the moment, if you refrain from overclocking, add an exhaust fan to the chassis and upgrade your PSU to an appropriate quality brand I suspect that you will resolve your present issues.

i bought and replace new psu today also replaced thermal paste on cpu i got better temp but still high.
