    I found a good deal on a 1080ti galax

    i just wanted to ask if it makes a different? and this is my specs
    do you think 2k 144hz would run nice on it?
    CPU: I5-8500
    Motherbaord:ASROCK B360M PRO4
    Ram: 16GB (2x8G) Crucial Ballistix-Tactical DDR4 2666Mhz CL16
    SSD: Kingston 120gb ssd
    HDD: WD 7200RPM 1TB
    GPU:GTX 1060 MINI 6GB
    PSU: FSP HYN 550W Active PFC 80%
    Chassis: Antec P6 Tempered Glass Micro-ATX
    OS: Win 10 64 bit
    I want to play at 2k 144hz
    btw im from israel a new 1080ti costs here around: 1,034 dollars
    while second hand costs 600 dollars
    he used it for 8 months and still has 2 years insurance on it

        With the minimum of 600 watts,your 550w psu would be pushing that limit and could cause issue’s.

          i heard its a problem only if u overclock it?
          u sure it uses like that all the time?

            I am assuming you are talking about the GPU, OC has to be set and it shouldn’t be over clocking on auto.

              Yes you probably be pushing the limits. Remember that the Video Card is not the only thing pulling power. Powers supplies really do not run what they are showing and depending on the age of it.

              You may be able to do this for a short period of time (really do not suggest it). Will the insurance cover the card if it fails and you are not. They may say you are not running under the recommended sorry your loss.

                im starting to get worried cuz really on tom’s hardware alot of people saying its nothing and its just recommended
                i have no idea what to do becuase i just got that psu 2 months ago
