I was wondering if my “ENERMAX MAXPRO 700W 80+ PSU” can support a "
MSI - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GAMING X Video Card".
It looks like it has 2x8 pin connector(You can see it on the right one there is an extra black one, the other one has one too underneath) but just to be sure that it can support it.

You have the required 8 pin PCI-E connections (6+ 2 pin) see PSU specs here
As an asides SpuuK, that model of PSU is not even Bronze efficiency rated which is the minimum of which I would ever use, the MSI - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GAMING X costs almost £800 so needs to be protected by a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated PSU, in short, upgrade the PSU before fitting the 1080 Ti.
