Stutter With Every Activity Because Of DPC Latency

So my computer has had this pause every couple seconds for the last 10 months or so. This happens when I’m gaming, browsing, watching, etc. After A lot of trial and error (found below) I found that my PC was getting huge DPC latency spikes on LatencyMon yet I’m still unable to fix it. I’m also aware that it seems to be the “nvlddmkm.sys” NVIDIA driver causing the problems as it’s highest execution is 2.42 much higher than the rest.

Here is what I’ve done to try to fix it(Most was before I knew it was DPC latency but in case it helps)
-Disabled (all?) drivers in device manager
    -New Mouse, Keyboard, and Monitor
    -Replaced GPU (1070-980)
-Downloaded Older drivers for both cards
-Replaced CPU cooler (Never had high temps just grasping at straws)
-20hrs memtest on each 8gb stick of RAM
-New SSD with different OS (Win10-Win7)
    -New Power Supply

It is also lags much more on certain activities and games. For example: I can play 8hrs of Rainbow 6 Siege and only experience minimal stutter but if i turn to a game like RimWorld,(Easier to run?) It’s unplayable. Videos are also almost unwatchable as it freezes every 10 seconds for ~2 seconds. I was able to get the latency lower with all of the little fixes online but none of them were able to stop the spiking. The issue is only present with video related activities, I experience no audio dropouts at all because of this issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks so much for reading.

Hi @DaveySoo and welcome to PCHF

Did you ensure the latest nVidia drivers are installed?

How much RAM do you have?
