Blinking little numbers on the screen

PC will not start. I get lots of little grey blinking numbers on the screen when I turn it on. Could it be graphic card fault?

Dose your Motherboard have a “internal graphics”?
if so try plugging your monitor in there and see if that helps.

What connection are you using? HDMI, DVI, VGA, DP?

Have you tried to remove and reinsert the Video Card and make sure to do the same with any power cables going to the Video Card (if there are any).

Does the fan (if any) on the Video Card spin?

If still the same then yes the card is gone.

You were advised earlier to unplug your monitor cable from your video card and plug it in your onboard video port. Unfortunately that will not work until you physically remove the video card as well. Try doing that, and if your graphics are good then either the video card or driver is at fault.
