Pc making crackling noise

Shortly after I started downloading a game on my PC, it started making a crackling noise. I recently got a new hard drive but i did not install it on the new drive so idk if it is that or not. I have never heard this noise before when i installed something, and it went away shortly after the game finished installing.

Crackling noises are not a good sound. That usually indicates a failing power supply.
