is there a way i can see i have everything updated on my pc, like bios mobo gpu sound etc?

Yes go to the hardware manufacturers web site and compare the driver version there to whats on your machine. We do not recommend you use so called driver updater software.

as Gus has highlighted, all the auto driver update software I’ve ever seen should be avoided at all costs.
they do get a few of your drivers right, but more often than not, they either get it completely wrong or can even screw up your system.
in my opinion they can be categorised in the same class as a snake oil saleman of the past.

yea but where can i check all versions of my stuff? device manager?

as Gus said, go to the manufactures website for each piece of hardware you want to update.
check the version number they have to yours listed in Device Manager.
but in reality, these are all covered by the automatic Windows Updates. each hardware vendor regularly sends their driver updates to Microsoft for 1) testing and 2) include in next update release.
