We should be able to get the wireless card, Roccat device and possibly a couple of extra chassis fans and still be within your maximum budget, just something for you to look over to begin with, let us know what you think.

Looks brilliant so far. Might I ask why you opted for Win10 Pro instead of home and also the 3GB GPU? Other than that I can definitely work with this, and I’m much more confident with a fan than liquid cooling, hopefully the parts won’t be overheating for a VERY long time.
Windows 10 Pro for a couple of reasons, the extra features that you get with Pro make it good for business and home use, additional security features and only a few £s more, see comparison table here and prices here
The 3GB GPU was a matter of staying within budget while making sure you still had plenty of gaming power and keep in mind that the parts list is not set in stone and merely to lay a foundation for you to work with, would ideally have liked to include the card here
If you don`t OC and keep your internal hardware clean and fans running right there should be no reason to ever overheat, you will note that the Gold rated PSU I suggested has a 7 year warranty, that was not only to protect your hardware but also give you peace of mind for longer, weak and failing PSUs are one of the biggest causes of overheating which is the bane of all things electrical and especially computer hardware.
Not to be picky but I don’t see a revised case on the list. The original choice wasn’t very good.
I was considering the case last based on how much I had left. I wanted to ensure that the parts worked as a collective first off, and also rectify the whole cooling issue cause I wasn’t sure about fans. My original draft of the build had a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on the CPU which I was considering Ryzen for, all in a Corsair Carbide Spec 04. I thought leaving the case to last would have been the right move.
I understand Nick, not an unwise process. But if you put all those great components in a case with inadequate air circulation you will have defeated your original purpose.
phillpower suggested a case, I am partial to Fractal Design ones, but that’s just me.
