May well be, but that wouldn’t cause the system to overheat in seconds and shut down to prevent further damage to Hardware.
I think the heat issue which revolves around the CPU area, we need to address first.
That’s my thoughts, at the moment.

When OP said computer cannot pass BIOS screen i thought overheating issue resolved because computer get stuck at BIOS screen.

It could also be that the BSODs moonray was experiencing were a precursor to the current problem. Sure sounds like a CPU overheating.

I would be checking the CPU for heat damage as well, and check for bent pins with a magnifying glass.

trying to remove it and was a hassle my procie was stuck at the h80i heatsink accidentally bend one pin -_- now now how would i remove this? this is quite tricky

You probably have many bent pins, with a magnifying glass.
You need to take the computer to a repair shop, before more damage is done.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Repairing bent pins is difficult.

no problem was expecting it anyway hahaha ill just gamble to fix it on my own if it wont work then ill buy an upgraded one hahaha

only one pin was bent anyway not hat i was expecting more to be bended i hope not. hahaha

On a closing note, you would have destroyed the hinged CPU locking frame and locking pin on the motherboard.
Probably up for a new Motherboard as well, to get the CPU out like that.
Just let the Specialists do it for ypu. Much cheaper in the long run.
