Hi Rafalex, Welcome to PCHF!
I would get maybe this motherboard: AS Rock LGA1155 DDR3 SATA3 USB3.0 Quad CrossFireX and Quad SLI A GbE ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4.
What is your budget for a replacement motherboard?Comment

Other pc parts are a i5 3570k and a Radeon 7850 if that also helps.
Also good to see the forum back up and running againComment

What brand was the original MB Rafalex.
Reason I ask is explained below;
Just a cautionary note, unless your OS disk is the full retail edition you cannot use it with a new MB as an OEM disk is tied to the original MB it was paired with, to use an OEM disk with a new MB is software piracy and therefore illegal.
Exceptions to the above are 1: If your MB is replaced under warranty and 2: If your MB is replaced out of warranty with an alternative type but same brand due to the original model no longer being available, an upgraded MB however will require the purchase of a new OS licence.
If you have a full retail disk and a product key that is not in use on another computer the OEM restriction/s is/are not the same.
The above asides, just making sure that you are aware, Microsoft are normally very good when folk have to deal with hardware failure, as long as you notify them what has happened you should only need to use the automated phone service to register any OEM OS with your new MB, calls are normally free and it only takes a couple of minutes.Comment

The socket in question is actually out of production and there are very few motherboards left that support this socket.
I did find a few:
Robot or human?

A Z77 platform MB would be better as it has advanced features but you could also use a Z68 as long as the i5 3750k is shown to be compatible with it, you can check this in what is called the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) an example here
Edit to add, not sure how much you are looking to spend Rafalex but found the board here that may be of interest to you.Comment
