Hi ConcernedCitizen. Have you installed the latest driver for your video card? Have you updated your motherboards BIOS? Are you overclocking any components?

To make sure that no 3rd party programs are causing any FPS drops on your system, Perform a clean boot and see if the frame drops still occur.

If they still happen after performing a clean boot, then its most likely a driver or a hardware issue and we can troubleshoot the issue further from here.

Seems to be steady at this point, although in the past it has been steady for a week or more before and then suddenly get the same issue so we shall wait and see.
