AMD Graphics Card and Intel Processor (FPS Problem)? Need Help! :D

Ok so I have an AMD Radeon R7 7800 Series graphics card (2GB and I believe it is the 7850 ( https://goo.gl/eho7na (It’s not a bad link, just shortened it; it’s the amazon store page for the graphics card))) and an Intel Core i5 - 3570k ( Amazon.com ) in this build that I have been recently using while I am fixing my main build… I play the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and I usually get around 300 fps while in game on all low settings… However I just installed a new AMD update today and now my game is getting from 30-180 fps… it was hovering around 180 for a while and would drop, then it stayed at a constant 90 fps, and then it would hover at around 140 fps… I don’t really know what to do but try and revert back the AMD update but I don’t know if that is possible.

To answer part of your question yes you can remove your existing drivers completely by following THIS GUIDE
You can get older AMD drivers quite easily including AMD themselves, and this one

Sorry for the late response, but I already tried all of that stuff. I used the AMD removing thingy to remove it and re-install it like 3 times and still nothing… I even went as far as getting a “PC Repair” thingy and repairing all of the registry files within my computers… Still didn’t do anything…

HOWEVER so far I think I have fixed it and it was due to one setting within the game I play (cs:go)… I don’t know how and I don’t believe I did it, but in my video settings there is a setting for multi-core rendering and it was disabled… I enabled it and restarted my game… the frames immediately jumped back up to 400 fps and stayed there with rarely any frame drops… I don’t know how, I just noticed it was disabled and boom…
