Hello, I just updated from windows xp to windows 10, and got a new video card for my computer. But for reasons unknown to me, the computer is not seeing my new video card.
I quadruple checked to make sure the card is seated properly in the pci express slot. It is powered, and the radeon logo on its side is lit up and the cooling fan for the card is working.
When I plug my monitor into the card, my monitor simply goes to sleep. The card does not show up on the device manager.
The card is a Radeon R9 Fury X
I have an AMD FX 8120 8-core processor 2.81 GHz
4 Gigs ram
