Hey everyone, I really need some help! Our server has been hit by Play ransomware, and all our crucial data is locked. I’m desperately searching for a way to decrypt it and get everything back to normal. If anyone has dealt with this before or knows of a trustworthy solution, I’d be extremely grateful. Thank you so much in advance!

As per rule #15, we can’t advise if you are a business.
Plus, the best way to get your data back is with backups.
If you have no backups, or they were connected at the time and are also now encrypted, you really are short of options.
If you are talking about loss of mission critical data, you need the data experts. -

As @Bruce has stated since you are a business, we will be unable to assist in removing the actual malware from the server. As far as I know there are no decryption tools for Play ransomware. But wouldn’t hurt to ask.Comment
