O&O Shutup Ten
Move it to your documents folder.
Right click run as admin.
Go to actions, apply all settings.
Create the restore point when prompted.
Follow thru the prompts, and reboot if needed to apply the settings.

I believe that it was windows updates that was reverting some of the settings we changed, now that you have followed the instructions you should only be getting security patches from updates. None of the others are really needed unless you run into a specific issue where a program will not run without a certain update. So long as security updates are installed regular, which they will be; you will be fine with just this setting!

Let’s make one final check to ensure that your programs are updated.
