Why do you think that process is to blame, it’s using no CPU, or Disk and bugger all RAM.

What error do you get when installing the AV program?
And why not use the inbuilt Windows Security protection, Defender?
    What are the PC temps?

Let’s get your complete PC specs.
Get Speccy; Speccy - Download Builds
In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
Now you can paste that link into your next post.

Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so, if a Desktop PC, list the make/model of the PSU.

    Is Speccy safe?

        Download AV block remover .
        Unzip to your [COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]C:\Windows\System32 folder.
To do that hit the windows key and R at the same time, copy and paste C:\Windows\System32 into the run box hit ok.
Drag and drop–Unzip the program inside this folder.
Right click run as admin and follow the instructions. If it does not start, rename the AVbr.exe file to, for example, AV_br.exe
Click yes to reset hosts file.
After the machine reboots then there will be a logfile in the new folder created, post that please.

Please post FRST and Addition.txt logs. Instructions below.
