Force mode if needed, actually the free version of it does not provide real time protection, so it could be skipped. If it gives you problems past geek uninstaller.

Download KpRM
Save to Desktop
Check Delete Tools’
Check Delete Restore points.
Create Restore point.
Click delete quarantines.
Then click run.
