Hello all, new member. I recently had a day where all 4 of my devices got a really bad virus (2 Pc/2 Android). Managed to get the Androids
mostly working and installed McAfee but the 2 PCs are not even making Dent. Primary example is my big screen TV controller, Lenovo win 10 (I think). When I boot it up (even with wifi, router and every other device powered down, all I get is a blue screen that won’t respond to anything. No task bar or start button. Cnt/alt/del, any of the F buttons or win/1 or a/+1 had no effect. Any ideas much appreciated! Thanks,

Preparing the USB Flash Drive

Boot in the Recovery Environment

Once in the command prompt

[li]In the command prompt, type notepad and press on Enter[/li][li]Notepad will open. Click on the File menu and select Open[/li][li]Click on Computer/This PC, find the letter for your USB Flash Drive, then close the window and Notepad[/li][li]In the command prompt, type e:\frst.exe (for the x64 version, type e:\frst64.exe and press on Enter[/li][li]Note: Replace the letter e with the drive letter of your USB Flash Drive[/li][li]FRST will open[/li][li]Click on Yes to accept the disclaimer[/li][li]Click on the Scan button and wait for the scan to complete[/li][li]A log called FRST.txt will be saved on your USB Flash Drive. Attach it in your next reply[/li][/ul]
