After you post the ZHP diag log.

Download Malwarebytes v.4 . Install and run.
      [ul]
[li]Once the MBAM dashboard opens, click on Settings (gear icon).[/li][li]Click on Security tab and make sure that all four Scan options are enabled.[/li][li]Close Settings and click on the Scan button on the dashboard.[/li][li]Once the scan is completed make sure you have it quarantine any detections it finds.[/li][li]If no detections were found click on the Save results drop-down, then the Export to TXT button and save the file as a Text file to your desktop.[/li][li]If there were detections then once the quarantine has completed click on the View report button, then click the Export drop-down, then the Export to TXT button, and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and attach that log on your next reply.[/li][li]If the computer restarted to quarantine you can access the logs from the Detection History, then the History tab. Highlight the most recent scan and double-click to open it. Then click the Export drop-down, then the Export to TXT button, and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and include that log on your next reply.[/li][/ul]

Re-run and quarantine all items found. Then uninstall malwarebytes, I am still going over the ZHP log.

                FRST Fix.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop. NOTE. It’s important that both files, FRST/FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system Run FRST/FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post it to your reply.

Disable windows 10 spyware with O&O software, this can chew up bandwidth… microsoft is constantly uploading various data from your machine.

Disable windows update, and only enable it once a week to update on your terms not whenever microsoft feels you need an update.

Uninstall Useless to you windows apps with O&O App buster.

Once you have done the above, and posted the fixlog. Please delete the FRST and Addition.txt on your desktop and re-run FRST as you did at the start of this and post FRESH frst and addition.txt logs.

                  As well as this…

                  ScanRapide.
                  [ul]
[li]Please download ScanRapide to your desktop.[/li][li]Right click run as admin.[/li][li]Upon Completion:[/li][li]A log will appear.[/li][li]Save it to a location of your liking.[/li][li]Attach it to your next reply.[/li][/ul]

Do I delete the previous fixlist file?

You only need the current one I just uploaded, the other one was ran already. Run the fix, after the reboot then go thru software suggested, then delete FRST and addition.txt logs re-run FRST and post fresh logs.

                                Last fix list.

Now we tackle the enormous amount of start ups and scheduled task running on your machine. It is simply too much for the amount of Ram you have. You can star these programs any time you need, there is no need to have them running constant on the computer.

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe
After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save
The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.arn under the file type option.
Attach the text in your next reply. If the file is too large, then use catbox.moe or filedropper.com and send the link in your next reply.
